I have Neck/Shoulder Pain

  • Unable to maintain proper seating posture.
  • Experiencing prolonged strain and muscle tightness at neck and shoulder areas.

What's the Cause?

Sprains and strains from sports, overexertion or poor posture are the leading cause for most neck and shoulder pain. Injuries to soft tissues such as your muscles, tendons and ligaments typically result in muscular tensions, clumping and inflammation.

Although injuries from sprains and strains are the culprit for most neck/shoulder pain, it can also be due to worn joints, bone spurs and illness.

Possible Symptoms

Pinched nerves may cause a loss of sensation or tingling sensation around your neck or shoulder area.
